Woopeee i won this weeks * Penny Black * challenge it was a lovely end to a horrible day yesterday after watching my Son-In-Law be assaulted by his neighbour all because my SIL parked his car a little bit on the neighbours part of the road where he parks his car how pathetic is that, its now in the hands of the police, SIL not too badly hurt just very worried about the blow to his head, sorry i'm now waffling... anyways just wanted to share my good news with you.

* Candle In A Box *

The challenge this week on * Sunday Stampers * is to make a box...the box i made using my box maker, i put strips of double sided tape and poured glitter over them and me lol...i then stamped a candle and used gems and double sided tape with glitter again, stamped the image for the lid of the box and made a tag using the same stamp from Forever friends all the images are coloured in using promarker pens, I'm going to give this candle to my daughter Helen as she's not feeling well with swine flu..

I'm also entering this into this weeks * SCSC * challenge as the theme this week is a matching set.

Hi all

Decided to have a go at the * Forever Friends * challenge this week as it's theme is Anything But a Card and to be honest i'm getting a bit fed up of making christmas cards so i made a candle instead..... i've also entered this for this weeks * SCSC * challenge and its theme is Christmas Tree's hope you like it.

* Winter Love *

This card i have made for this weeks * Simon Says Stamp * Challenge and the theme is Winter Love i stamped the image several time ( don't ask me what stamp it is all i know is i got it from ebay )lol anyway as i said i stamped it several times and decoupaged the birds red breast and hats, coloured them with promarkers and the holly is a Stitchels stamp , added some red and white balls and ribbon.

I managed to do 4 challenges in 1 today first being that of the * Allsorts * challenge which this week is a Christmas Carol/Song Title, i have chosen the carol The Holly & The Ivy which conveniently takes me to my next challenge for the * Sunday Stampers *.which is Holly & Ivy, the next challenge i have fitted in is for this weeks * Sunday Sketch & Stamp * which is a sketch by Sem and finally for this weeks challenge by * SCSC * and thier challenge is a Calendar,  i'm not sure if they will accept this though as i didn't actually make the calendar it was one i got from ebay which i intend to decorate each month a bit like a scrap book but i had great fun with this one hope you like it.

No card from me today i had a lovely weekend spent with my Daughter & Son-in-law at their place in Gt Yarmouth, we went their to pick up her dog so they could go away for the week so not had chance to make anything yet.

Is it just me or do any of you feel let down when you make something enter it into a challenge and no one from that challenge bothers to give you a comment, don't get me wrong a lot of challenges i enter i get good comments and i love doing them but there is the odd one and it makes me feel Hmm why do i bother perhaps i shouldn't think like that i don't know.

Anyhow hopefully will make something later but for now i'm going blog hopping :)

Today's card is for the * Just Magnolia * challenge which this week is to use * embossing *on your card, the ikkle butterfly i made using a Stitchels stamp, i stamped on the embossed paper first cut it out and then stamped it again on acetate for the wings and added some gems on the ends of the wings and body but you can't see it very well in the photo :( and of course as usual my Tilda is coloured in using promarkers.
