At last we had a lovely sunshiny day yesterday about time too couldn't wait to get into the garden and tackle all those weeds lol wonder how long it will last though.

My card i used this cute magnolia image, rolling pins and cupcakes

A late post for me today as iv'e had a horrible headache all day, think it must be the weather as iv'e had it a few days now just wished we could have a good thunder storm and get it over with.

my card for today is this cute House Mouse decoupage and as it's my birthday next week i have just sent of for a load more House Mouse stamps and decoupage can't wait for them to come :)

I left it free from sentiment on the front as i know my Daughter likes to put them into frames for her wall.

I used a penny black image coloured with promarkers, i also used my new sewing machine but i think i need a bit more practise with it lol it's a bit wonky.

Our new theme for this months challenge is Summer Fun, trouble is we have no summer yet! maybe it will be a Christmas on the beach year lol

For my DT card i used my fab House Mouse stamp coloured with promarkers and i edged the card with peeloffs..yes i did say peeloffs. i know a lot of people don't like them but i do.

Afternoon all

Well the weather seems a little better today... not much though as it's been thundering for the last 2 hours here, at least the rain has held off for a bit though.

I've managed to make 3 cards today but i can only show you 1 as 2 are for family occasions.

The card looks better in real life so to speak as the light here is not very good.

As you can see i have distressed the edges of my card and paper , stamped my gruffie bear with black stazon and coloured him with promarkers, added a few flowers, lace and butterflies and some stickles glitter to the Lavenders, hope you like it

Well this miserable weather continues, i had a look at all my vegetables in the garden this morning they do look a sorry lot especially the strawberries we badly need some sun to get them to ripen poor things.

So it's the craft room i stay for a while longer lol

I escaped to my craft room today whilst the football and motor racing is on and this is what i created, to be honest i'm not too sure about it but the way i feel at the moment i'm not going to change it and mr mojo seems to have taken a break oh well maybe tomorrow he will have come home and i will feel better, one can only hope.

For my DT layout i have used 2 photo's of my Son-in-Law when we were on holiday at Landscove Bay and he decided to be the look out for pirate ships lol.

Well 1st June is here which can only mean 1 thing a new challenge has been set over at

 Sparkles Christmas Challenges

Which also means we are another month closer to Christmas and we really need to make a start on those Christmas cards if you have not done so already.

Our theme for this month is * Monochromatic * and for my DT card i have used a poinsettia die to make the flower and kept my card black & white hope you like it and will pop over and join us.
