Good Morning all on this Good Friday

My DT card for today is for the new theme set over at 

We have reached the letter D and our theme D for Daffodils has been chosen by team mate Caz

I am particularly sad at this time as this is our last entry from my fab friend and team mate Lesley.

Lesley took over the blog when the previous co-ordinator left and has been a great team leader but i know Lesley has health problems and needs to cut down a few of her commitments, although i'm sure this won't be last we will see of Lesley i will miss working with her on this challenge blog.

Where the lovely Brenda is celebrating her 4th blogaversary + approaching 4000 followers how amazing is that & so to celebrate she is having a challenge where you can win loads of goodies.

The theme

Make anything you like based on your take on Brenda's blog, be it the header, the name, her style of work, or even case one of her cards or projects,  it gives a fairly wide range, butterflies, fairies, flowers, bold colours, inkyness or something totally different that you alone can see. And she would love it if you tell her in your post what inspired your work.

My take on the theme is the blog header as poppies are 1 of my all time favourite flowers + the butterflies

I love this little image as the mouse is sitting on my favourite flower if which i had for my wedding bouquet 43 years ago on the 21st of this month and in the colour i have chosen to colour the image in.

I enjoyed making this card, i have distressed the edges although it's not showing up very well in the photo

Afternoon all

Brrrrrr Oh my goodness it's so cold i really thought spring was just around the corner but i now think it's run off back into hiding :( 

Anyway i made this card today although i'm not keen on it i seem to have mislaid Mojo so if any of you see him can you put him on the first bus home please.

I have used a cuttlebug embossing folder and chalked it over, stamped a Wild rose Studio stamp coloured him in and added a bit o ribbon and buttons with gems

Morning all, what a glorious couple of days we are having it certainly makes you feel better, although very chilly in the mornings i do believe spring has arrived and what better way of starting the season off but with a spring card which is the theme for the new challenge over at

Morning all

I had a lovely day yesterday, managed to get out in the garden and do some tidying up and could see loads of bulbs starting to come up, so spring is just around the corner whoop whoop.

My card for today is for this months new challenge set over at 

Sparkles Christmas Challenges

Our theme for this month has been set by the lovely Jackie who has sadly decided to leave us, i have enjoyed working with Jackie who has been with me from the very first day i started this challenge blog over 2 years ago, Jackie has been a rock by my side and i shall really miss her, but i'm sure we shall keep in contact through blog land.

Anyway our theme this month is 3-2-1 which means we had to use 3 flowers, 2 gems & 1 image only, for my DT card i used and image from Faye Whittaker
